This hairbrush is sold with a cleaning brush to help you keep your hairbrush in the best possible condition.
Your Mason Pearson hairbrush is purchased with a 12-month limited warranty which excludes normal wear and tear and accidental damage.
Delivery / Shipping
We dispatch our orders with Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.
Please note that we accept orders for delivery to UK mainland destinations including Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Delivery to other countries and the Channel Islands is currently not possible.
While we are happy to accept foreign payment cards, but please ensure you enter the correct foreign billing address to the checkout. We cannot accept orders for delivery to a freight forwarding company in the UK.
Orders are subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- UK Mainland (inc. Scotland), Isle of Wight/Isle of Man/Northern Ireland/Scottish Hebrides/Shetland Islands and Orkney Islands £5.00
Returns
It is our policy to ensure that all Mason Pearson products are supplied in perfect condition.
If, however, you are not happy with your unused purchase and wish to return it, please email orders@masonpearson.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7491 2613 with your order number.
You will be given instructions about how to return the goods to us. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Once we have received and checked the product, we will arrange your refund including your delivery charge within 14 days.
