Are Mason Pearson haircare products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our mantra is haircare simplified and we are committed to a range that is suitable for all hair types. The core Shampoo and Conditioner are formulated to nourish and hydrate without stripping natural oils, making them suitable for all hair types.
The Purple range is designed specifically for blonde, highlighted, or grey hair to neutralise brassiness while maintaining hydration.
How do I use the Mason Pearson Leave-In Conditioner?
Apply to towel-dried hair from the mid-lengths to the ends, then comb through with your Mason Pearson comb to distribute evenly. It can also be used on damp or dry hair during the day, or left overnight as an intensive conditioning mask.
How should I use the Mason Pearson Serum?
The Serum is the final step in your routine. Massage a small amount into damp or dry hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. It adds gloss, reduces frizz, and can be left overnight as a nourishing mask. Avoid applying to the roots to prevent build-up.
Why should I use Purple Shampoo and Conditioner?
Purple formulas are ideal for blonde, highlighted, and grey hair. The violet pigments neutralise yellow or brassy tones, leaving hair looking cooler and more vibrant. For best results, leave the Purple Shampoo in for 1–5 minutes before rinsing.
Can Mason Pearson Haircare be used daily?
Yes. The Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner, and Serum are all gentle enough for daily use. For Purple Shampoo and Conditioner, we recommend 1–2 times per week or as needed to maintain your ideal tone.
